Talk about a transformation! 🔥🤯

This started as a super narrow, outdated hallway leading into a small laundry room. Pegboard everywhere, basically zero usable storage, and the hallway was so tight you practically had to turn sideways just to get into the laundry room.

We completely gutted the space and gave it a whole new layout! We moved a load-bearing wall to widen the hallway and make the space actually functional, then rebuilt everything from there!

The finished project includes:

🔥Custom-built cabinetry, shelving & storage
🔥Custom mudroom-style built-ins
🔥Custom dog shower
🔥Beautiful tile flooring throughout
🔥New laundry area with custom cabinetry
🔥New countertops & sink
🔥All-new plumbing
🔥All-new electrical & lighting
🔥New drywall, trim & paint

It’s hard to believe these are pictures of the same space! What used to be cramped, dated, and wasted space is now open, functional, and packed with storage!

This one was a lot of work, but that before & after speaks for itself! 👏😮‍💨

Before ➡️ After Complete Floor System Restoration

This project is a perfect example of why doing the job right the first time matters.

When we arrived, we found extensive termite damage throughout the floor system along with poor workmanship from a previous contractor. Instead of trying to patch over the problems, we stripped everything back to the structure and rebuilt this home the right way.

✔️ Removed the entire damaged floor system
✔️ Rebuilt the floor framing with all new floor joists and supports
✔️ Installed a new moisture barrier in the crawl space to help protect the home from ground moisture
✔️New HVAC Duct work
✔️ Installed all new insulation beneath the floor for improved energy efficiency
✔️ Replaced and updated plumbing
✔️ Installed a new hot water heater
✔️ Installed new subfloor and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout
✔️ Installed new kitchen cabinets
✔️ Fresh paint throughout the home
✔️ New trim for a clean, finished look

This wasn’t just a remodel it was a complete restoration! We had to correct the mistakes left behind by another company and ensure every part of the home was safe, structurally sound, and built to last!

This room looked fine at first glance, but the floor told a different story. An addition had been built years ago without the subfloor being installed correctly and joist that spanned further then they should without any support! Instead of patching the problem we completely eliminated it by tearing it all out and doing it right!

✅ Completely gutted the existing floor
✅ Cleaned out underneath the home (just like we always do! )
✅ Installed brand-new floor joists
✅ Added new insulation
✅ Installed new 3/4” tongue-and-groove subfloor
✅ Finished it off with beautiful new flooring

Now the homeowners have a rock solid floor that’s level, structurally sound, and built to last! The stuff you can’t see is just as important as what you can!😉
