🔥BEFORE & AFTER 🔥

This front entrance started out pretty plain and dated, and we wanted to build something that matched the character of this home while making the entrance really stand out.

The front entrance had plenty of potential, but the original deck was pretty basic and just didn’t match the character of the house. We wanted to build something that looked like it belonged with the home while also fixing some of the issues underneath and around the existing deck! 💪

🔨 Complete tear out of the existing deck and stairs

🚜 Dirt brought in, graded, and shaped around the front of the home to help redirect water away from the foundation

💧 Improved drainage around the deck area instead of allowing water to continue running back toward the house

🪚 All-new framing built from the ground up to create a solid foundation for the new deck

🪵 Custom Trex decking for a cleaner finished look with less maintenance than traditional wood

📐 Custom wraparound staircase designed to fit the shape of the home and give the entrance a much bigger presence 😮‍💨

⚫ Black stair risers and trim to give the brown Trex some contrast and tie everything together

💡 LED lights installed throughout the stair risers for a completely different look once the sun goes down

⚫ New black railing system around the deck and stairs for the finishing touch

The old entrance was simple and easy to overlook. Now it’s one of the first things you notice when you pull up to the house!

Interested in getting a beautiful trex deck with maybe some custom LED lighting? Give us a call or shoot us a message!

Talk about a transformation! 🔥🤯

This started as a super narrow, outdated hallway leading into a small laundry room. Pegboard everywhere, basically zero usable storage, and the hallway was so tight you practically had to turn sideways just to get into the laundry room.

We completely gutted the space and gave it a whole new layout! We moved a load-bearing wall to widen the hallway and make the space actually functional, then rebuilt everything from there!

The finished project includes:

🔥Custom-built cabinetry, shelving & storage
🔥Custom mudroom-style built-ins
🔥Custom dog shower
🔥Beautiful tile flooring throughout
🔥New laundry area with custom cabinetry
🔥New countertops & sink
🔥All-new plumbing
🔥All-new electrical & lighting
🔥New drywall, trim & paint

It’s hard to believe these are pictures of the same space! What used to be cramped, dated, and wasted space is now open, functional, and packed with storage!

This one was a lot of work, but that before & after speaks for itself! 👏😮‍💨

*Movie room loading for the rest of the garage area! *👀

Before ➡️ After Complete Floor System Restoration

This project is a perfect example of why doing the job right the first time matters.

When we arrived, we found extensive termite damage throughout the floor system along with poor workmanship from a previous contractor. Instead of trying to patch over the problems, we stripped everything back to the structure and rebuilt this home the right way.

✔️ Removed the entire damaged floor system
✔️ Rebuilt the floor framing with all new floor joists and supports
✔️ Installed a new moisture barrier in the crawl space to help protect the home from ground moisture
✔️New HVAC Duct work
✔️ Installed all new insulation beneath the floor for improved energy efficiency
✔️ Replaced and updated plumbing
✔️ Installed a new hot water heater
✔️ Installed new subfloor and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout
✔️ Installed new kitchen cabinets
✔️ Fresh paint throughout the home
✔️ New trim for a clean, finished look

This wasn’t just a remodel it was a complete restoration! We had to correct the mistakes left behind by another company and ensure every part of the home was safe, structurally sound, and built to last!

This room looked fine at first glance, but the floor told a different story. An addition had been built years ago without the subfloor being installed correctly and joist that spanned further then they should without any support! Instead of patching the problem we completely eliminated it by tearing it all out and doing it right!

✅ Completely gutted the existing floor
✅ Cleaned out underneath the home (just like we always do! )
✅ Installed brand-new floor joists
✅ Added new insulation
✅ Installed new 3/4” tongue-and-groove subfloor
✅ Finished it off with beautiful new flooring

Now the homeowners have a rock solid floor that’s level, structurally sound, and built to last! The stuff you can’t see is just as important as what you can!😉

Reviews like this right here are exactly why we do what we do! 🙏👏👏

A recent client came to us with a persistent leak under the slab of a pool house and had been told the repair would require cutting out the concrete to fix and it was going to be a huge expense. Instead of rushing to that conclusion, we took the time to properly assess the situation, identified the true source of the problem, and resolved it same day, saving the homeowner both time and a huge amount of money!

We believe in accurate diagnosis, honest recommendations, and efficient, high quality work! Our goal is not just to complete a job, but to provide real solutions that our clients can trust.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and for the clients who continue to put their confidence in our team.

We appreciate every single person that trusts us with their home. It doesn’t go unnoticed! 🙏
