This weekend we were out walking jobsites and meeting with property owners across Florence, San Tan Valley, and Laveen. From raw land to build-ready sites, it’s exciting to see how much growth is happening throughout these communities.

The following days on this Queen Creek barndominium build were all about progress. After clearing the lot and setting the pad, we moved into digging footings to get the site ready for the next phase of construction.

There’s nothing better than watching a client’s vision come together step by step. We’re excited for our clients as they see their barndominium dream start turning into reality.

This week in Queen Creek working for a return client — and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of this project.

We started by clearing the lot and building the house pad to get their site ready for what’s coming next: a beautiful barndominium. Seeing raw land start to take shape is always exciting, but it’s even better when it’s for great clients you’ve worked with before.

We truly appreciate the trust our clients place in us and love helping them take the first big steps toward seeing their dream come to life. And getting to work alongside our contractor friends on projects like this makes the process even more fun and rewarding. 🚜
