Latinx OAC Progress Meeting
OAC (Owner–Architect–Contractor) meetings are our weekly check‑ins where everyone involved in the project comes together to stay aligned. During these meetings, we review what’s happening on-site, talk through upcoming work, discuss the schedule and budget, and make sure any questions or clarifications are addressed.
Our superintendent shares a detailed update on the week’s progress and any important changes the owner should know about. We always close with open discussion so the customer can ask questions, bring up concerns, or talk about any changes they’d like to see.
These meetings are all about keeping communication clear, building trust, and making sure the owner feels confident and informed every step of the way. OAC meetings help prevent surprises, solve issues early, and keep the project moving smoothly toward the finish line.
