We will always go the extra mile to make sure you as the homeowner are completely happy. First picture was what we originally agreed upon for a trellis. Second picture are the changes our client thought they wanted. They still weren’t completely satisfied so after some shop time yesterday Lucas Heimann and I completed what you see in the last picture this morning.

Completed this small remodel/repair today. Homeowner had a balcony that was never used and it also leaked during heavy rain. Completely removed the balcony and ensured that there wasn’t any further damage from years of leaks. While we were there we were asked to help on a few more projects which we were able to handle without adding to the timeline.

Homeowner was having issues with the balcony leaking onto the porch and master bedroom. We completely removed the balcony and double doors. Framed new roof, installed a new window, new siding and shingles all before 2 o’clock. Helps when you have a good project manager, Lucas Heimann, and sub contractors.

Here are before and after photos of a front porch remodel we recently completed. Initially, the project focused on repairing wood rot on a few posts, but it quickly expanded into a full-scale remodel after discovering that most of the posts were rotten. The homeowner decided to completely revamp the look by removing the arches and the railing. The garage doors and shutters were also stained, and a porch swing was installed.
