What began as a side gig in 2008 for our founder and industry expert Sam Gembel, it didn't take long for the market to catch on that Atlas wasn't going to be just an after hours hobby for Sam for long. Today, Atlas has a highly-trained and professional staff of over 80+ Team Members. Providing quality Maintenance and Installation services from Genesee, Oakland, and Livingston Counties, up through the Tri-Cities. We are a Full Licensed Residential Builder in the State of Michigan and hold many industry certifications including being members of the ASCA (Accredited Snow Contractors Association), National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association (MNLA), and more. Atlas has also partnered with ICPI for Targeted Hardscape Training and certifications towards our trade, and is highly certified as an Authorized Installing Contractor for Unilock Pavers and Walls. Atlas Specializes in Residential & Commercial complete lawn & landscape maintenance, horticulture services, landscape design & installation, outdoor living spaces, in-ground swimming pools, and Commercial snow & ice management services. This morning we kicked off Open Enrollment Month with the first of several small group benefits meetings focused on our health insurance and 401(k) programs. Instead of packing everyone into one large meeting, we are breaking this into 4-5 more intimate sessions to allow real conversation, education, and plenty of time for questions.

These conversations matter because they impact our team’s families, futures, health, and peace of mind outside of work.

One thing we are proud of at is continuing to BUILD a company where people feel invested in, cared for, and equipped for the long game!

Grateful for our HR team leading these meetings and grateful for every team member who continues helping build something epic.
