Last week, we celebrated the official ribbon cutting of Orchard Grove & Orchard Manor Apartments.

This milestone marks the opening of 74 new mixed-income homes in Flint, providing residents with safe, quality, and affordable housing while helping strengthen the community for years to come. Lurvey Construction is honored to be apart of it!!

Congratulations to Joe Mounger and the dedicated staff and Board of Directors at Goodwill Industries International of Mid-Michigan on the grand opening of their new headquarters and retail store in Burton!
Their vision to breathe new life into the former Art Van location on Court Street became a reality at today’s ribbon-cutting ceremony. A special thank you goes to Gazall Lewis Architects and the Lurvey Construction team—specifically Ryan Jones and Tim Webster—for their exceptional project management and commitment to bringing this space to life.

We are currently seeking candidates for Project Manager & Project Supervision roles.

Flint / Genesee County–based contractor hiring for construction management positions, including Project Management Assistant, Project Manager, and Project Supervision. Positions are primarily located in Genesee County, MI, and both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

All positions require a basic understanding and exposure to construction terminology, strong communication skills, basic construction administration tasks, and project scheduling.

Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience, with benefit/fringe rate needs evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
