Meet Kip Driver, the Owner and Founder of Advance Cabinetry. Kip is the third-generation owner of Advance Electric in Ga***rd, MI and expanded the business to Western North Carolina in 2009 with its primary focus being custom cabinetry. He helped start and spent several years growing the WNC branch before returning to Ga***rd a few years ago.

With Kip’s degree in business, his primary focus has been building long-term relationships with our clients, vendors and builders.

Anyone who has met Kip would agree that he has the biggest heart. WNC will always be a special place to Kip and that was never more evident with all the resources he brought after hurricane Helene.

Meet the Team Monday!

Everyone say hello to Trish! She is one of our Cabinetry Designers and has been a part of the Advance team for over 10 years. With decades of experience, Trish is a very talented designer who works with clients discussing designs and making selections. Her hand drafted drawings truly set her apart from others, taking visions from pencil and paper, to dreams that come true.

Trish loves the outdoors and can often be found working out at the gym or playing pickle ball!

Everyone meet Will! He has been with Advance Cabinetry since the summer of 2022. With Will’s previous experience in the construction industry, he has become a great cabinetry installer. His positive attitude, dependability, work ethic and outgoing personality make him such an asset to our team.

Will is a die-hard Clemson fan who takes a lot of teasing from the SEC ladies in the office, go Tigers!

Meet the team Monday!

Everyone meet Brent! Brent has been with Advance Cabinetry since the fall of 2021 and serves as our lead installer. Brent came to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry with his primary focus being on cabinet installation. He has a definite gift for thinking outside the box and gives a great deal of thought to all of our installations. His precision and attention to detail make him an invaluable member of our team.

Although Brent is usually on the quiet side most of the time, he is always the first one to pull a prank in the office and constantly keeps us on our toes.

Meet the Team Monday!!

Everyone meet Camryn Deal, one of our Cabinetry Designers. Camryn is a 2021 WCU Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design and she has been with Advance since summer of 2022.

Camryn meets with clients in the showroom to discuss their plans and make selections. She spends time in the office creating designs and quotes for client projects, as well as on site, meeting with builders and project managers for the construction details.

Although the military took her family to live a variety of places, she considers Hickory, NC and the WNC mountains to be home.

Meet the Team Monday!!

Everyone meet Kathleen Davis, she wears many hats here at Advance. Kathleen has been a part of our team since the summer of 2021. You will see her most days at the front desk ready to greet clients, helping them navigate the showroom and scheduling appointments. She also does anything from bookkeeping to receiving/inspecting cabinetry, to supervising deliveries, running errands for the crew and everything between.

Kathleen is the one with the house divided TN/AL tag on the front of her car - Go Vols!

Everyone meet Stephanie Chapman, our Vice President and General Manager. Stephanie has been with Advance since summer of 2013. She takes care of running operations, managing the team, and designing for client projects. She serves as the treasurer for the Builders Association on the Board of Directors.

She is a proud Georgia Bulldog fan, and she’s sure to be the only “high heeled cabinet lady” at the jobsite!

We will have donations available for pickup, as well as opportunities to donate to fundraising events for Hurricane Helene relief.
