Job Opportunity: Journeyman

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to join our team!

Positions Available:

Journeyman (5+ Years)

Daily onsite training, individual must be able to listen to instruction, learn new tasks and retain information. 75% service work so must be able to work alone or with others to complete tasks given.

Requirements:

-Must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driver’s license to drive stocked work vehicle

-Preferably reside in Hunterdon County or 30 minutes from 08827

-Punctual and have a strong understanding of time management

-Polite and aware of surroundings while on the job

-Clean and organized

-We provide tools, but you must be ready to work

General Work:

-Residential and Commercial indoor and outdoor

-New construction, remodels, service work

-Service installations and upgrades

-Lighting and circuit installations

-Generator installations

-Pool/hot tubs

-EV chargers

-And much more!

Compensation:

-Competitive pay based on experience

​Today’s "Take Our Kids to Work Day" was spent on-site rather than behind a desk. There’s no better way to learn the value of hard work than by getting your hands dirty and seeing a project through from start to finish.
​🛠 Today’s Job Site Highlights:
​Supply Run: Started the morning grabbing materials and learning that the right parts are half the battle.
​The Big Project: We spent the day wiring up a shed from scratch.
​Hands-On Learning: My "apprentice" helped install a new receptacle, getting a firsthand look at how we power the world around us.
​🐔 Fueling Up
​We wrapped up the hard work with a stop at Chick-fil-A for their complimentary lunch. It was the perfect way to celebrate a job well done!
​Whether it’s wiring a building or mastering a trade, these skills last a lifetime. So proud to show them what the trade life is all about!
