Our regular trip to get the oil change. We typically have to do this once every 4-6 weeks with all the driving around we do for consults and our day to day

We attempted to grab coffee while we waited butttt all the coffee shops are drive thru only-.-

Back to the shop we go to wait. Hitting the road and heading to oak leaf next to start our rounds of consults 🚙💯

Tyler and Joe making these yards look great out in Oak Leaf🔥

We’re grateful to have these guys on our team. If theres one thing we do right its having a strong culture within our team. Great guys doing great work.

I tell this to everyone, we cant make the work any easier for our team, its really going to suck some days, it the nature of what we do and we dont have much control over that. What we do control, is the experience our team has with everything around the work we do. Taking team trips, dinners together, morning breakfast, bailing each out when a truck goes down or when another team member cant work

We’ve always been very intentional about culture and creating a place that other great guys want to be a part of

After two weeks of being sick this was a rough one to get in. You gym goers know what I mean when you come back to the rack after two weeks off

Every season we get one of these! Guys hit a curb just right and punctured the sidewall of a tire. We had another team member near by to come pick them up while the truck was down.

We combined the two routes and not a single yard was missed. Thats what happens when you have a team that works together, over comes the problems and keeps moving forward

Im always proud of the team and the way they come together when things go wrong💪

I came out behind them to drop the tire off to the shop, notify the houses we were parked in front of that the truck was going to be there for a few hours. All the neighbors were really nice and understanding out in Oakleaf, it was great!

Tire has been replaced and the truck will be back up again tomorrow cutting grass and serving our neighbors 👌🏻✅🔥
