The Buoy recently opened its doors in the Fairfax neighborhood, and our team was excited to attend the soft opening and celebrate with everyone who helped bring the restaurant to life.

The seafood and cocktails were top-notch, and it was great to see the space already drawing a crowd. Seeing people gather, connect, and enjoy a new neighborhood destination is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Our team gathered at the new NEFBA building for our quarterly company meeting. We were fortunate to hear from Erika Alessandrini of Aileron, whose sessions always bring thoughtful perspective and meaningful conversation to our meetings, this time centered around conscious leadership. We also welcomed our summer interns, heard company updates from our President, and wrapped up the day with a tour through the new NEFBA building.

A look back at Phase 1 of Glynlea Country Club in Port St. Lucie, completed last year for developer GreenPointe Holdings, LLC, with design by Basham and Lucas Design Group and interiors by Micamy Design Studio. This phase helped bring the club experience to life, from the golf cart barn and pro shop to the Toptracer bays and sports courts, creating spaces that support both play and connection.

These additions complement Glynlea’s 18-hole golf course, crafted by Jim Furyk, and give residents more ways to gather, practice, and enjoy time at the club.

With thousands of acres burned and crews working long, exhausting shifts to protect our communities, their commitment does not go unnoticed.

Jacksonville Classical Academy’s new gymnasium and home of the Jets is already serving as a hub for athletics and school events.

We’re grateful for the partnership with PQH Group Design, Eisman & Russo, Inc, and all of the trade partners who put their heart into this project.

Being there for River Rock Church’s Grand Opening meant a lot to our team. As the congregation walked into their new 24,000 SF sanctuary for the first time, taking it all in and celebrating together, it was clear how special the moment was.

Projects like this are a reminder that what’s built is only PART of the story. What matters most is how a space is used and the lives it impacts over time. That’s what it means to create spaces that enrich life.
