We’d like to give a big shout out to thank TMB llc for coming to the rescue at our station last night! We had an upstairs HVAC unit malfunction, that flooded through the floor and downstairs ceiling, and they immediately came out to set up fans and dehumidifiers to help the dry out process. In addition to water damage, they also offer restoration services for fires and storm damage - and they’re a super nice family run business.

What a Saturday!! We are grateful to serve our community with emergency services!!

1. Home inspected. All hazards and damages noted/explained. Devised plan of emergency services.
2. Tree company on way to remove tree from home.
3. Duke Energy in route to disconnect service line for repair.
4. Electrician scheduled to make immediate repairs.
5. Home tarped and boarded up after tree is removed.
6. Arrangements made to keep heat in the home while power is disconnected to prevent any further damage due to freezing temps.
7. Insurance adjuster contacted, given a scope of damage via pictures and verbally over phone.
8. Frantic homeowner upon arrival, now sitting at her table reading a book!

Last seen at approximately 10pm on 01/31/21 at her residence in East Flat Rock.

Possibly wearing black pants and brown Ugg boots.
