With 14 years of hands-on experience, Dylan has worn just about every hat in the trades: technician, installer, manager, trainer, and more. Brittany brings a background in customer service and marketing, rooted in serving people with empathy and excellence. Before you panic, here are 3 quick things to check:

1️⃣ Check your filter
A dirty filter can restrict airflow and make your system struggle.

2️⃣ Check your thermostat
Make sure it’s set to cool and the batteries aren’t dead.

3️⃣ Check your outdoor unit
Make sure it’s running and not blocked by grass, leaves, weeds, or debris.
