Our Young Professionals group recently came together for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and growth. From a shared lunch to hands-on team-building activities, the event created meaningful opportunities to strengthen relationships, deepen engagement,‌ and reinforce the core values that drive our culture. We’re proud to announce a new partnership between Meyer Najem Construction and the Jacksonville Waves of the Upshot League.

At Meyer Najem, we believe in building strong communities, both on and off the jobsite. Partnering with the Waves gives us the opportunity to support a team that brings fresh energy, competition, and local pride to Jacksonville.

This weekend marked an exciting milestone as the Waves hosted their inaugural home opener against the Charlotte Crown. It was a great atmosphere, and we were proud to be there alongside our clients, partners, and members of the Jacksonville community to support the start of something special.

Last week, safety took center stage at our annual Safety Stand Down Event. Thank you to Marvin Hartman for leading a jobsite tour at Polish the Turd (yes, that’s really the name) and to Craig Woodall for speaking about the importance of safety leadership by each individual on and off the jobsite.

We appreciate everyone who was able to attend and take part in the conversation. Safety is a core value at Meyer Najem, and events like this are important because they reinforce our shared commitment to protecting our people, our partners, and the communities where we build.
