Some things don't change even as a company grows. Design & Build Corporation has been family-owned since George Eiker started it back in 1968, and today his son Scott carries that same commitment forward as CEO.

What that looks like in practice is an 85% repeat customer rate. Clients don't come back because of a slogan, they come back because the work held up and the relationship was worth continuing. That's been true for over 50 years, and it's still how we measure success today.

Building trust takes a lot longer than building a facility, and we've spent five decades earning both.
