Home Redemption Construction is looking to add another carpenter to our team.
We are a small residential remodeling company based in Fishers specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, finish carpentry, and interior remodeling. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over rushing through projects.
Most of our work is in occupied homes, so professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail are extremely important.
Ideal experience includes:
•Demolition
•Framing
•Finish carpentry
•Flooring
•General remodeling experience
•Tile experience is a plus
Character, attitude, and dependability are most important to us. If you have minimal experience but are motivated to learn the remodeling field, show up consistently, communicate well, and know how to safely use a variety of tools, we are willing to train the right person.
Competitive pay based on experience. We believe in paying good people well and creating long-term opportunities for growth.

We were a little quiet over the holidays — we took two weeks off to rest, recharge, and spend time with family, and social media took a back seat. We’re grateful for the opportunity to do that and appreciate everyone’s understanding.
