Progress is taking shape at Sagebriar and Finch Creek by Del Webb Indianapolis.

Build BW is proud to be leading construction on the clubhouses, outdoor kitchen and lounge porches, as well as the resort-style pool spaces. These projects are designed to bring people together and create spaces centered around connection, recreation, and community.

With planned openings this summer, the finish line is getting close and the buildings are looking great!

One year with Matt Main, and somehow the projects are smoother, the schedules are tighter, and there’s a suspicious increase in wildlife knowledge around the office.

After three decades in the industry, there’s not much Matt hasn’t built, managed, improved, or stumbled across somewhere in the wilderness. Whether he’s leading projects or keeping up with eight kids, a rescue pitbull, two cats, and a backyard full of birds, he somehow makes it all look easy.

When your last name is Swift, there are only two options… move fast or build faster.

Good thing Sean does both.

He started out leading crews for the Greenfield Parks Department, moved on to city-wide facility maintenance, and now he’s bringing that experience to Build BW.

When he’s not on the job, he’s still building… model trains, side projects, and a backyard pizza oven (which we’re all hoping to be invited to).

Meet Mike Huyser, our new Director of Capital Markets.

With a background in Marketing & Economics and 13 years in commercial real estate, Mike has built his career in capital markets, most recently leading efforts across the Central U.S. at Principal Real Estate Investors.

Outside of work, Mike is a die-hard Liverpool fan, a former college pitcher (yes, he threw a no-hitter), and the proud owner of two very vocal mini schnauzers.

We’re still deciding what’s more impressive, his track record in CRE or his ability to make a three-leaf clover with his tongue.
