Big projects don’t happen overnight, and they definitely don’t happen without a lot of hard work.

We recently wrapped up this backyard transformation featuring a beautiful paver patio, a custom boulder wall, and landscape installation throughout the space. These are progress photos, so this project isn’t quite at the finish line yet, but even without the grass planted and everything fully grown in, it’s already looking incredible. 👏

We’re even more excited to see what it looks like once the grass fills in and everything has had time to grow!

From the heavy lifting to the finishing touches, this project is a great example of what happens when hard work, craftsmanship, and a vision come together. 💪

🍂 Thinking about planting this fall? Don’t wait until spring! 🌱

Early fall is a fantastic time to add new plants to your landscape here in Western Pennsylvania. Cooler temperatures and more consistent moisture give plants time to establish their roots before winter arrives.

Here are a few great options to consider:

🌻 Black-Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia): A Pennsylvania native, great for pollinators, blooms July–September, and deer usually leave it alone.

💜 Catmint (Nepeta): Loved by bees and butterflies, fragrant foliage, long-lasting blooms, and resistant to deer and rabbits.

🌼 Tickseed ‘Moonbeam’ (Coreopsis): Heat and drought tolerant, an excellent pollinator plant, and deer resistant.

💙 Balloon Flower ‘Popstar Blue’: Beautiful blue summer blooms, pollinator friendly, compact, and deer resistant.

🌹 Red Drift Rose: Low maintenance, excellent disease resistance, continuously blooms from spring until frost, and pollinator friendly.

When everything comes together, it's fun to watch.

On this project, our hardscape crew was putting the finishing touches on a retaining wall and fixing drainage issues, while our landscape team was busy pruning, edging, mulching, and giving the entire property a fresh new look.

Two crews. One goal.
