SHOWER:
There was a water issue so the entire old shower had to be torn out and a new one installed. The crew did a wonderful job replacing our shower. They showed us the issues and came up with great solutions. They were thorough with the details. Love the French drain on the side, among other features. The result is a beautiful new shower that doesn’t leak and functions perfectly. It feels spa-like and is a treat to use.
BASEMENT:
At the bottom of the QBI sign on their storefront we noticed someone had written “Basements” under “Kitchens” and “Bathrooms”. When we called to arrange for a survey and quote, we didn’t know yet what a great move that would be for our home. We had a general plan for finishing our basement and Brian tweaked it with suggestions we approved. Each member of the three-man crew was meticulous. They were consistent in their care for our home and when issues arose, they brought them to us with ideas of how to solve those issues. They went above and beyond, seeing little things that needed to be done to the existing structure and every fix is now better than before! They communicated well about when they would be onsite, when a new phase of the renovation would start and always kept us updated. Thank you Brian, Matt and Dave! It was a large project with many facets, and the coordination and communication by Deanna in the office was perfect. We are ecstatic with our new space (family room, theatre room, wet bar/kitchenette, powder room) and are excited to share it with family and friends. If we have any big projects in the future, QBI will be the one we’d call.
