Spending this gray day reminiscing about sunshine and bright blue skies! ☀️We couldn’t be more excited to watch the home being built on this foundation come to life.

Why do we love building custom homes in Ohio so much? 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲. 💚

We get to watch our homes come alive across all four seasons. We see flowers bloom along the sidewalks, kids run through sprinklers in the backyard, pumpkins line the front steps, and Christmas trees sparkle in the windows.

It brings us so much joy knowing that the homes we craft will shelter families through all of Ohio’s vibrant seasons 𝐚𝐧𝐝 through all the seasons of their lives! 🏡

From sipping a pumpkin spice latte to ladling out bowls of steaming chili and sorting buckets of Halloween candy, this dining area is ready to host all of your favorite fall moments. 🍂 The open layout makes it easy to converse across the kitchen and living area, while warm lighting and a slightly lowered ceiling keep the dining space feeling cozy.

Whether this matches your style or you’re dreaming of something completely different, we’d love to design the home of your dreams!

It’s Material Monday, but we’re bending the rules just a bit to showcase this stunning tray ceiling!

A tray ceiling is built with a recessed center that sits slightly higher than the perimeter, resembling an inverted tray. It’s one of our favorite design features because it can increase the feeling of height, easily define a space, and add character.

Whether you keep it classic or add molding and accent paint, it’s a stunning way to add dimension from the top down.

This entire kitchen is stunning, but these pull-out appliance shelves might be our favorite feature! 😍 Pull-out shelving can help reduce knee and back strain while maximizing cabinet space, making it a highly sought-after feature. Would you choose shelves like this for your kitchen?

Whether you’re envisioning plenty of counterspace, smart cabinet storage, professional-quality appliances, or something else entirely, we’d love to build you the kitchen of your dreams!

𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: Wall Molding ✨

Custom woodwork is about so much more than just storage. From the floor-to-ceiling wall molding above the fireplace to the seamlessly built-in TV space, this entire wall was designed to feel like a natural part of the home.

We love using custom trim to bring dimension, texture, and character into a space without overwhelming it. Would you add wall molding like this to your home?

Who says a bathtub has to be basic? In this luxurious bathroom, the bathtub absolutely steals the show!

As the nights get chillier, there’s no place we’d rather be than cozying up on this back porch with a crackling fire, a hot drink, and a good book. 🍂☕️ Every home we build has its own story, but this one just feels like a warm hug the second you step inside!
