Thank you, American Municipal Power, for a fantastic 2026 Annual Conference in Columbus this week!

Mike Kiser, President of Encompass Engineering & Architects, along with Sagar Patel and Olivia Wortman, enjoyed connecting with public power leaders from across the AMP membership. As an AMP Municipal Electric Partner, we had great conversations about the real-world challenges utilities face today, from substation upgrades and new substation design to integrating renewable energy into municipal systems.

If we didn’t get a chance to meet, we’d love to hear from you. Send us a message to learn how Encompass can support your utility’s next project.

Encompass participated in the Fall Career and Graduate School Fair at Ohio Northern University's King Horn Sports Center on September 17. The event drew students primarily from the Colleges of Engineering, Arts and Sciences, and Business. Team members Olivia Wortman and Jordan Brown fielded numerous questions from students interested in engineering careers.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table — we loved connecting with the next generation of engineers!
