We shared what a career in architecture can look like: from education and professional registration to the creative, technical, and critical-thinking skills needed in the field. Students also took part in a fun, hands-on activity that put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work.

Meet RCM team member Gage Rudasill

Gage is a valued member of the RCM Architects, Inc. team. Gage graduated from the College of Engineering and Innovation at Bowling Green State University and joined RCM in 2024, bringing with him a strong background in construction.

Before beginning his career in architecture, Gage served as a U.S. Army Specialist with the 1487th Motor Transportation Company during Operation Spartan Shield (OSS) and Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR).

Gage is a current member of the Findlay Young Professionals and we are grateful for the dedication Gage brings to our team and the community.

What is Forensic Architecture?

At RCM Architects, Inc., we investigate and diagnose building concerns ranging from water infiltration and cracking drywall to foundation issues and much more. By examining the evidence and identifying the underlying causes, we help building owners better understand what’s happening and determine the right path forward.

One example is Hancock Federal Credit Union, where RCM Architects was able to diagnose the issues contributing to cracking drywall. This is one of many buildings our firm has assisted through forensic investigation.
