🏠 Progress Update!

This new home is really starting to take shape! The roof, windows, and exterior doors are installed, and the siding crew is working its way around the house. Materials are also on site for the next phase of the exterior finishes.

Inside, the drywall has been hung and finishing is underway. The arched openings, detailed ceilings, open floor plan, and fireplace are beginning to show the character of the finished home.

There is still plenty of work ahead—including exterior finishes, flooring, cabinets, trim, paint, fixtures, and final sitework—but it’s exciting to see the homeowners’ vision coming together!

🏡 We’re excited to share one of our latest custom homes in Findlay, Ohio!

From the stunning stone exterior and impressive covered patio to the custom cabinetry, detailed trim work, beautiful flooring, and luxurious primary suite, every part of this home was thoughtfully designed and built.

The home itself is complete, and now we’re just waiting on the exterior concrete and landscaping to bring it all together. We can’t wait to see the finished look!

We’re incredibly proud of how this project turned out and grateful to everyone who helped bring the homeowners’ vision to life. Take a look through the photos and let us know which feature is your favorite!

Things are moving right along on this beautiful custom home in Arlington, Ohio!
Over the past several weeks, we've made tremendous progress:
✔️ Framing is complete
✔️ Roof has been shingled
✔️ Windows and exterior doors are installed
✔️ House wrap is complete and ready for siding
✔️ Electrical rough-in is well underway
✔️ Plumbing rough-in is progressing
✔️ HVAC rough-in has begun
✔️ The custom staircase is in place
✔️ Shower units have been installed, and the interior is really starting to take shape!
One of our favorite features of this home is the abundance of natural light. The large windows throughout the living spaces and the incredible views of the surrounding farmland are going to make this home something truly special.
Next up: wrapping up the remaining rough-ins, insulation, and getting ready for drywall. That's when a framed house really begins to transform into a home.

The house is officially coming to life! 🏠🔨 Exterior walls are up and wrapped, the front entry is framed, and the interior layout is taking shape. It’s always exciting when a project reaches the point where you can walk through and truly see the vision becoming reality. Next stop: roof trusses and continued progress. Stay tuned!

Framing is officially underway on this custom country home.
The floor system is going in and the footprint of this home is really starting to come to life. There’s something satisfying about this stage of construction. A few days ago it was foundation walls and dirt piles… now you can walk the layout and finally feel the scale of the home taking shape.
Engineered floor joists are set, the deck prep is moving along, and the crew is pushing hard while the weather’s cooperating. Big progress going on…. Next stop: decking and walls. Stay tuned, because this project is about to rise fast. 🏡
