As part of our newsletter this month, we would like to share a very special memorial feature on Richard Kirk - someone who left a great impact on our community.
Kirk will be remembered as someone who worked hard to build successful businesses and cared deeply about his community - and as "the best Grampy." He expanded upon a legacy of entrepreneurship started by his family to establish Kirk Corporation and its divisions - Kirk Bros Co. Inc., a public water and wastewater construction company; ACI Const Co Inc. (formerly Alvada Construction ), a general construction company; ATI, (formerly Alvada Trucking, Inc.); Kirk Bros. Masonry Inc., a masonry contractor; and Bodie Mechanical Services Inc., electrical and mechanical services.
