Ohio Concrete Solutions is looking to add motivated individuals to our team for the 2026 season.

We are a Commercial Concrete company based out of Findlay, OH that performs Foundations, Poured Walls, and Flatwork.

Positions Available:

Concrete Laborer: We are looking for individuals to help with formwork and placement of both walls and flatwork. Experience preferred but not necessary.

Concrete Finisher: We are looking for individuals with 10+ years of experience in the craft. This individual needs to be capable of running power trowels, vibrastrikes, and have a proven record of quality and consistency.

Concrete Foreman: This individual needs to be confident with commercial print reading, delegation, safety, planning of work, and have a proven resume of efficient leadership.

Fought the weather to get 10,500 square feet down at the new Southern Tire Mart in Findlay! We poured the foundation, the mechanics pit, as well as the floor. Now to see if we can sneak the site concrete in with the cold!

It has been an incredible busy season with an incredible team!

Our spring schedule is filling up for basements, be sure to reach out to secure your spot in line!

We are looking to hire a few motivated individuals in the NW Ohio area.

Company Info:
- Commercial Concrete company located in Findlay OH
- Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee

* 90 day probation period for benefits to begin

- We are looking for individuals that are interested in growing a career and developing skill in the concrete industry, not trying to find a short term job.
- Concrete is a seasonal occupation. While it is our goal to work straight through the cold every year, it can be a slower season that can sometimes result in a layoff. If there is work to do, we will keep working!

Positions Available:

Concrete Laborer:
- Experience preferred, but not necessary
- Work includes assisting in the field with forming, and placement of concrete on both flatwork, and foundations/walls
- Individual must have a valid drivers license and transportation
- Pay based on experience and work ethic

Experienced Concrete Finisher:
- 3+ years finishing experience necessary
- Must have valid drivers license and transportation
- Expected to be proficient in formwork and placement of concrete.
- Expected to be proficient on screed board and knee boards
- Power trowel/ vibra screed experience not necessary, but will be taught
- Pay based on experience and work ethic

Great week headed into the holiday!

The team was able to knock out 11,000 square feet in Findlay and also sneak in a basement in Bluffton OH, partnering with Hovest Construction.

Great work by the whole team and a big thanks to Hite Concrete Pumping for helping us get it down!

The Ohio Concrete Solutions team has been hard at it this year! From endless basements, to manure storage facilities, to pouring the footers and getting the slab ready at the Pilot gas station rebuild, the hours are endless!

Nothing would be possible without the best team in the business. The amount of effort, hard work, and pride put into these projects daily is nothing short of impressive!

We are blessed to continue to work for great contractors, and serve the local Northwest Ohio market to continue to push infrastructure throughout the area. Looking forward to finishing out the year strong💪🏼
