Customer was pumped out on Friday by another septic company. They called up this morning saying they was backed up. We dug up the incoming side and was able to get them properly flowing.

We are not just septic pumpers, we are also detectives. Customer called us about a wet spot in their yard, the speedlevels in the distribution box needed to be adjusted to where all the lines took water not just one line.
