Sometimes the best projects aren’t about changing how things look, but improving how people live. ❤️

For this couple near Fairhaven in Bellingham, mobility challenges made their beautiful garden staircase difficult to navigate.

A custom handrail helped restore their confidence and ability to enjoy their garden, tend to their flowers, and safely navigate the steps.

This is why we love what we do.

This Bellingham Strawberry Point project called for a custom railing that helped keep their toddler safely away from the water without sacrificing that incredible view.

Custom-height Classic Picket with a lean profile, smaller posts, custom top channel, plus dock and egress gates. Function and beauty, built for the space.

For this Reside Properties renovation, we designed, fabricated, and installed Classic Picket railing with a 2” × 1” flat-bar top channel to finish off the new deck.

These aren’t box kits or component systems. Kaizen builds fully welded railing panels, fabricated for the project and built for long-term durability.

New deck. New railing. A whole new look for this Bellingham home.

Another one complete in Bellingham! This Classic Picket Style railing with a Colonial Top is now installed on the Schwitter Home and already adds a great finishing touch.

And the transformation isn’t done yet. With new paint, windows, and a roof still to come, we can’t wait to see how the entire home comes together.
