It's time to start thinking about furnace maintenance for the year! Fall's coming, and your furnace has been sitting quiet all summer.

Right about now is the sweet spot for furnace maintenance. Not because anything's wrong , but because the first genuinely cold morning is when everybody calls at once, and we'd rather see you before that.

A tune-up is pretty simple on our end: we clean the burners, check the heat exchanger, test the safety controls, swap the filter, and make sure it's actually running the way it should. Usually about an hour. Most of the time we find nothing, and you go into winter knowing it.

The times we do find something? It's almost always a small part we can order in September instead of an emergency repair in a January cold snap.
