We create a storyboard for every project to establish clear elevation references and ensure all finished floor heights are properly coordinated. This includes the house’s finished floor elevation in relation to the garage floor at both the service door and overhead doors, the steps from the house to the porch, and the transition from the porch down to the sidewalks and driveways.
The storyboard remains on-site throughout construction so the entire team understands the intended elevations, maintains consistency, and works toward the same goal.
