Great review from Leslie... "Just had my hall bathroom redone. The staff kept me informed of the process from beginning to end. While there was a slight hiccup, they made it right. I love my new bathroom."

William and John installed new flooring through the great room, dining room, foyer and upstairs. They ran baseboard, touched up paint everywhere and installed new spindles on the staircase. The floor runs right up the curved balcony and fits clean around every column and wainscot panel.

If we've worked on your home, we'd love to hear how it went ⭐ (link in comments)

Meet Destiny. 👋

Her name shows up on the schedule twice most nights: 1st stop, 2nd stop. In one stretch she hung drywall on a bathroom remodel, then headed to a kitchen to paint. There she wrapped every new cabinet in plastic before a drop of paint came out. Ceilings cut in twice and rolled twice, with floors wiped down before she left.

That's the teammate who makes everyone's work look better.

Have a great and safe weekend from all of us at Team Iconic 💪 Drop a 🙌 for Destiny.

Unit 3: 100%. Unit 4: 100%. Unit 5: 100%.

Jacob and Jordan worked through this building one bathroom at a time, with Fred hanging the glass. Tile, niche, grout, mud, paint, quarter round, silicone, shower door, final clean. Then they vacuumed outside each unit, walked every path, double-checked the vacant units and organized their corner of the garage.

Steve set a finish line. They hit it. 💪

The most important part of a new shower is the part you'll never see.

On this bathroom the crew built the bench to spec and sheathed the shower in tile backer board. Then they rolled on three coats of liquid waterproofing and sealed every screw hole in the bench's ledger board. Before any glass shows up, they frame solid backing into the wall so the shower door has something real to hang on.

Tile gets the compliments. Waterproofing keeps your subfloor dry for years.

Nothing in this basement came out of a box.

Ricky, John, Luke and Hunter cut and routered every w**e rack by hand. They scribed the top plate so the bourbon shelving fits the wall exactly. They framed a floating ceiling with tape lighting tucked behind the edge. Over in the pool area: stained beams, a poly'd mantle, a new fireplace with the tile grouted, and arched niches trimmed in wood.

W**e wall or bourbon shelf: which would you build first? 🥃

Here's what one night's schedule looks like at Iconic.

12 homes. About 20 of our people, each tagged by name with a first stop and a second stop. Our trusted plumbers, HVAC techs and electricians are lined up right alongside them.

A basement getting framed. Bathrooms getting tiled and finished. A kitchen island going in. A brand-new job starting with demo, and Steve on site to get everyone set up for day one.

That's how a big team stays one team. 💪 Drop a 🔨 if you're ready for Monday.

Every job has an inspector. On this bathroom, the toughest one had four paws. The crew wrapped up the details: a towel hook, a custom-cut towel bar, the mirror, a grab bar, and clean color-matched silicone around the tub. Inspector approved 🐾 Show us your pet supervisor in the comments. We know you've got one.

Before and "in-progress" on a staircase you can see from every room. William and John primed and painted the treads and curved radius with two coats, set the spindles in epoxy, and laid the new floor right up to the first step. They put floor protection down before leaving every day. Swipe to see where it started. Dark rail with light floors: yes or no?
