Blackwell Contracting is hiring hand laborers.

We’re looking for guys who:

Show up on time
Want consistent, guaranteed hours
Aren’t afraid of hard work
Can handle physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions
Take pride in doing solid work and being part of a dependable crew

This is not a “stand around on your phone” type of job. The work is physical, the days can be long, and we expect people to pull their weight.

Starting pay is $23/hr with opportunities to grow for the right people.

Experience in construction, utility work, directional boring, excavation, or similar trades is a plus, but a good attitude and reliability matter more than experience.
