At Vector Electrical Group, safety and training remain at the core of everything we do.

We recently brought our team together to renew key certifications, including fall protection, aerial lifts, forklift safety, and rigging inspection to ensuring everyone is equipped to work safely and effectively.

Our annual Foreman Meeting was also aligned during this time and focused on project alignment, safety expectations, and leadership development. During this meeting, we introduced our first Foreman Safety Award, recognizing Derrick Kuta for his strong commitment to weekly safety meetings, hazard awareness, and proper documentation.

We’re proud to continue investing in our team and building a culture centered on safety and accountability.

Today marks a major milestone in our journey at Vector Electrical Group.

We’re proud to officially break ground on our largest project to date, the RapidRide I Line Project starting in the City of Auburn.

This project represents more than just electrical infrastructure. It’s a step forward in connecting communities across Auburn, Kent, and Renton through reliable, efficient rapid bus transit. We’re honored to play a role in building something that will serve thousands of people every day.

A big thank you to our partners, Stacy Witbeck and King County Metro Transit along with City of Auburn (Washington) , City of Kent, Washington and City of Renton , for the opportunity to collaborate on such an impactful project. We’re excited to get to work alongside a team that shares our commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

Our team, family, and friends gathered at the 1882 Club at Cheney Stadium with the Tacoma Rainiers to celebrate Vector Electrical Group’s 2-year anniversary.

A huge shoutout to our incredible team! Every project and milestone was made possible by their hard work, dedication, and grit. 💪⚡

From highways to transit systems, from water treatment facilities to intersections across Washington, the past 2 years have been incredible. Here’s to continued growth and many more years ahead. 💚💙

BIG NEWS: After years on the ground, Vector Electrical Group is going airborne. Introducing Vector Air—Washington’s first drone-powered electrical contracting service.
We’ll be upgrading highway lighting, traffic signals, and even park outlets with high-precision drone landings, jetpacks, and aerial wire pulls.

Our first sky crew (Liftopotamus 2.0, Gibbs Jr., and Drone Heaviside) launches today. Look up and wave!

Over the past few months our hard-working team has been busy pushing forward on the Sound Transit E130 Eastlink Extension Seattle to Bellevue project. We have been wrapping up some of the critical infrastructure including the deep earth surge arrester and stray current grounding systems, along with various types of duct banks throughout the project. This has been a great opportunity for our team, partnering with Mid Mountain Contractors, Kiewit Corporation and Sound Transit to better connect the light rail systems together. Once completed this will allow the public more options for traveling to key areas around western Washington.
