Progress continues on our 240-door multifamily subdivision.
Our crews are pushing forward across the entire development, which consists of duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes. A substantial portion of the underslab electrical infrastructure has been completed, with additional underslab work continuing as construction progresses.
At the same time, we are continuing installation of the primary electrical distribution system, placing underground conduits that will ultimately provide power throughout the development. Projects of this size require constant coordination, planning, and ex*****on to keep every phase moving efficiently.
Proud of the work our team is putting in every day and excited to watch this community continue to take shape.

Responsibilities include scheduling, material logistics, coordinating with crews/builders, handling office operations, and keeping projects organized and moving efficiently.

Pay: $18–$28 per hour depending on experience.
