This Black Friday is not just for retailers its for plumbers too. So on Thanksgiving day when everyone is done eating DO NOT put any food or grease down the sink, garbage diposal, or try flushing it down the toilet. Cause if you do you probly will be seeing a plumber on Friday. The choice is yours put it in the trash or spend your Black Friday money on a plumber.

This slipped my mind last week when I posted regarding everyone's spigots. If you have an irrigation system with a backflow preventer in line above ground. Please have it winterized. If you have union fittings before and after your backflow riser pipes? All you have to do to remove it is unscrew the fittings and store it somewhere that isn't subject to freezing temperatures. Just another tip to save you money.

I wanted to notify everyone that with the temperatures getting lower next week, there's a couple of things I'd like to share with you.

1. Disconnect garden hoses from outside spigots and put an insulated cover to protect them.

2. If you plan to go out of town be sure to set your heat temperature to 65 degrees or higher.

If you have rental property I would recommend that you notify your tenants of this as well. Hopefully, we won't have to see each other too soon, but you know how to reach me. Don't be too shy to share this with your family and friends.

Good morning! I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm going on my 30th wedding anniversary/birthday vacation starting September 9th. Returning to work on September 22nd. Hopefully you won't have any plumbing issues during this time frame 🙏. I will not have cellphone service.
