At Stone Harbor Custom Homes, our story starts with family, vision, and a whole lot of determination.

It began with Dorothy, who started building homes in the 1970s. She had an eye for quality, a love of beautiful spaces, and the determination to build something that would last.

Amanda grew up alongside that vision, learning the business, building relationships, and eventually carrying that vision forward in her own way.

Together, they helped lay the foundation for more than beautiful custom homes. They built a company grounded in trust, craftsmanship, hard work, and family.

Today, we’re proud to honor Dorothy, the woman who started it all, and celebrate Amanda and the vision she continues to bring to Stone Harbor.

We’re proud to be a women-led, family business, and even prouder of the homes, relationships, and community we’ve built along the way.

After being part of the Stone Harbor Custom Homes team, Gardner is stepping into a big new role with Samaritan Community Center, and we couldn’t think of a better person to take it on.
