Fresh gravel driveway in Fayetteville, curved around the crape myrtle.

Tight lot with a fence down one side, so the layout mattered more than anything. A driveway holds up because of the work under the top layer, not just how it looks the day we finish.

If yours has turned into ruts and mud, call or text me at (256) 797-4712 and we’ll talk through what it needs.

Footings from above.

Once the concrete goes in, nobody sees this part of a build again. That’s why it gets the attention now. Trenches cut, rebar set, ready for the pour.

If you’ve got a build coming up near Fayetteville and you’re wondering what happens before the framing starts, this is a big piece of it. Send this to someone who’s about to build.

Call or text (256) 797-4712 for footings and site prep.

Now you see it, now you don’t.

Had a tree right along the road that needed to come out. Took it down and cleaned up the area, and the stump is gone too.

If you’ve got a tree or stump on your property that’s in the way, leaning, or just not worth keeping around, give me a call. I’d rather take care of it the right way now than have you worrying about it every time a storm rolls through.

Finished up the drainage work around this shop in Fayetteville. Right now it's just a lot of dirt shaped the right way, so it's not much to look at, but this is the part that decides whether the building stays dry. Water is going to go somewhere every time it rains, and if the ground isn't set up to carry it away, it ends up at the foundation or pooling around the doors. I'd rather take the time to get the grade right now than have the owner fighting it later. If you know someone building a shop or barn around Fayetteville, send this their way, or call or text me at (256) 797-4712.

Had a business reach out about water running toward their building every time it rained. The ground around the foundation had settled over time, and it was sloping the wrong way. On top of that, the gutters were failing and dumping water right against the wall instead of carrying it off.

They caught it early, before any water actually made it inside, which is the best time to catch something like that. We regraded around the foundation so water moves away from the building instead of toward it, then laid landscape fabric to get the bed ready for the finish material.

This is the kind of thing that's easy to miss on a commercial property until it's already a problem. If your building has water sitting against the foundation or gutters that aren't doing their job, it's worth having someone look at the grade before it costs you more than a landscaping fix.

Know a business owner dealing with drainage trouble? Send them this. Call or text (256) 797-4712 if you want it checked out.

Everybody's excited about the new home. Almost nobody thinks about where they'll park or where the water will go until the first rainy week.

Finished up this gravel parking area at a new mobile home setup, and graded the yard so the water runs away from the house instead of toward it. Pull in, park, walk to the steps, and your boots stay clean. Without the right ground work, it's mud from the truck door to the porch and water sitting against the home.

I'd rather build it right the first time than have somebody fighting a muddy yard all winter.

We do this kind of work in Lincoln County TN and Madison County AL. If you know someone setting up a mobile home or building on land, send this to them so they can get the ground ready before move in day. Or call or text me at (256) 797-4712.

You'd be surprised how fast overgrown land can get away from you.

We just spent the day cutting through brush and saplings thick enough you couldn't walk through it, out around the Fayetteville and Wi******er area. Give us a call and it's clear ground again.

It's still just me and my crew out here, no office, no dispatcher, just local guys who show up and do the work ourselves. We cover Lincoln County, Huntland, Taft, Belvidere, Flintville and Wi******er in Tennessee, plus Huntsville, Meridianville, Hazel Green and New Market on the Alabama side.

Got a piece of property that needs cleared or graded? Call or text me, Adrian, at (256) 797-4712.

You don't want to find out you've got a drainage problem in the middle of a January freeze.

Spent some time reworking the grading on this property, from the ditch line along the driveway all the way back to the fence by the pasture. Cut a proper swale so water actually has somewhere to go instead of sitting or cutting its own path, tied it into the culvert, then straw and seed to hold everything while the grass comes back in.

Fall's really the last good window to get this kind of work done right. Grass needs time in the ground before it goes dormant, and once the ground turns cold and wet, grading and reseeding gets a lot harder to pull off well. Wait till winter and you're just looking at mud and ice until spring.

I see this same thing on properties all over, whether it's a driveway in Fayetteville, a fence line out in Lincoln County, or a backyard up around Huntsville, Meridianville, Hazel Green, or New Market. Water's going to go somewhere. Better it goes where you want it to before the ground freezes.

If you've got a spot on your property that stays wet, or you're just not sure where your water's actually draining to, call now while there's still time to get it fixed before winter.

Before, you couldn't hardly find this fence line. Vines were climbing the wire, brush was thick enough you couldn't walk through it, growing right up against the field. After, it's cut down flat, the fence is clear, and you can actually see what you're working with again.

Overgrowth like this isn't just an eyesore. It holds moisture up against your wire and posts, it hides a broken wire or a leaning post until it's already a problem, and it gives critters a place to hide right along your property line. Easier to clear it now than wait till it's a bigger mess.

If you've got a fence line or a piece of property that's gotten away from you, give me a call and we'll get it back to where you can use it.
