Received some calls about Crabgrass breakthrough recently. (Mostly along edges, which is expected from heat)

We will be taking care of Crabgrass by spot spraying for our Round 4 visits coming up soon. This will give the cragbrass time to die before Fall Aerification start in September. (Crabgrass also dies when we get a Fall Frost)

Below are some reasons why Crabgrass can appear, even after a Pre-Emegent was applied in the Spring.

Another hot week ahead, here is our "no mow" forecast. A cold front approaching this weekend, will cool things down, hopefully with much needed rain.

Our round 3 applications this week will ONLY be in the mornings with the majority being completed next week when the weather is more favorable.

**Mow in the mornings at the highest setting if you must. Otherwise stay off that grass with a mower and enjoy the pool.**

Bartok Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team!

💲 Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
💰 Bonus Opportunities Available through our Door Hanger Referral Program!
📈 Advancement Opportunity: High-performing employees will have the opportunity to become a Full-Time Lawn Technician in 2027!

📅 Schedule:
• Part-time (2–3 days per week)
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• Most days finished by 2:30 PM
• Ride along with one of our Lawn Technicians servicing 15–20 residential and commercial properties each day

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Load and unload 50 lb. bags of fertilizer
✅ Blow fertilizer off sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces
✅ Spot spray herbicide around the perimeter of homes and businesses
✅ Clean equipment and prepare trucks for the next workday

Requirements:
✅ Must be on time every workday
✅ Dependable with a strong work ethic
✅ Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
✅ Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Attention to detail and a positive attitude
