Finally getting around to trying something I've wanted to do for a while. Milling down a cedar 4x4 into coasters!

Yes, you can go to Walmart or Michaels and get a set of coasters for cheap, and engrave them. But these come from locally sourced lumber, and are milled with precision.

Fully customizable engraving on these are available. I have plenty to create whatever you have in mind!

$20 for a set of 4.

Another Exotic/Hardwood flag finished up. The white stripes are Maple, red stripes are Canary Wood, and the union is Black Walnut. Wood sourced from Bower Brothers Board Store in Jacksonville, NC for the Maple and Canary Wood and the Black Walnut came from Highland & Holler Lumber and Millworks LLC in Ashland, VA. The stars were filled with Starbond Adhesive.

Shop is open! Picked up some Black Walnut and Poplar from Highland & Holler Lumber and Millworks LLC while I was away. Cleaned it up on the planer. No plans for it currently, but those Poplar boards would make an amazing mantle!
