One of the many benefits of tankless water heaters Is gaining more space! We were contacted after one of the customer’s two water heaters started leaking.To restore reliable hot water and create more storage space, we replaced the units with a Navian tankless water heater featuring an internal recirculation pump and a 15-year warranty. We also installed new venting with two-inch solid-core pvc pipe. The customer now has more usable space and a continuous supply of hot water.

A small warning sign can prevent thousands of dollars in damage. 💧

This expansion tank had rusted out and eventually burst, spraying water throughout the utility room and causing thousands of dollars in water damage.

The rust was visible beforehand. A quick look at the water heater could have caught the problem before it became an emergency.

We replaced the water heater and brought the installation up to standard, including properly strapping the tank and adding a drain pan to help direct water toward a drain if a leak occurs.

Check your water heater and expansion tank regularly. Look for rust, corrosion, moisture, or signs of leaking. A few minutes of inspection could save you a very expensive repair.

The customer contacted us because a leaking kitchen faucet hose was causing water damage inside the cabinet. We removed the faulty faucet and installed a Moen pull-down kitchen faucet with an oil-rubbed finish and lifetime warranty, helping prevent further leaks and cabinet damage.
