We’re nearing the finish line at Stonington Village! 🏗️

Since breaking ground in 2025, our team has been hard at work bringing new housing to the Pawcatuck community. Now, as we put the finishing touches on the project, we’re looking back on the collaboration that helped bring it all together.

KBE served as Construction Manager at Risk for Stonington Village, a mixed-use residential development featuring two three-story apartment buildings with 36 units each and a 5,720 sf clubhouse.

Our October started off strong with a company tailgate at UConn! 🏈

KBE employees gathered early Saturday for a fun-filled breakfast before UConn and Syracuse took the field. The matchup kept everyone on their toes, with the Huskies putting up a hard-fought effort that pushed the game into overtime. Syracuse ultimately came away with a narrow 42-41 win.

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped us start the month on a high note!

Our team had a fantastic time at the Mozaic Senior Life Celebrity Breakfast, where we were proud to serve as a sponsor and celebrate alongside the Mozaic community! ☕

As Construction Manager at Risk for the upcoming Mozaic Concierge Living community, we are so grateful to be part of this chapter and look forward to seeing the project continue to progress. Thank you to Mozaic for hosting such a wonderful morning and bringing everyone together!

Double digits for jobsite safety at KBE! 👷🦺

We are excited to announce that we have officially signed our 10th Safety Training Partnership Agreement with OSHA, this time for our Residence Inn by Marriott project at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT.

The location makes this achievement even more meaningful. The Residence Inn is being built right next door to The August, the site of our 9th OSHA partnership. As our work continues across the Steelpointe Harbor redevelopment, so does our collaboration with OSHA to bring additional training, resources, and safety awareness directly to our jobsites.

A massive thank you to our Safety team, project teams, and trade partners who continue to make jobsite safety their number one priority. We couldn't have reached this milestone without you!
