Only 3 months after a chimney cleaning for the wood stove stainless steel chimney liner and the creosote built up so much in a short period of time, caused a chimney fire.

Get your chimney inspected and Swept Clean at least once a year, some cases like this one might have to be done 2-3 times a year.

Always use good quality anti creosote products, like CRE-AWAY powder or (ACS) ANTI-CREO-SOOT spray, both can be purchased on Amazon.
