RUI REIS RETIRES AFTER 40 YEARS at All State Construction Inc!
On May 7, 2026, exactly 40 years to the day since he was first hired at All State Construction, Rui retired and plans to move into his home, in the country where he grew up, Portugal, on one of the beautiful Azores Islands. I spoke to Rui on his last day and asked if he could share a few words about working at All State during all of those years: “I didn’t like working at All State Construction; I LOVED it!” exclaimed Rui. “When you get up every morning and go to a job that you love, it doesn’t feel like work!”😀👏👍
Rui was originally hired as an electrician and while working at All State, became a plumber & pipefitter and spent all of his time in the field. Most peers described Rui as a hard worker, an advocate for treating people with respect and fully committed to all of his projects. We recently hosted a dinner party with those who have worked with Rui and there were many great stories! Good luck, Rui, in your future endeavors and enjoy retirement!
