This one was a pain but I’m glad that we were trusted to get the job done for them. We came in to clean up a mess that another (the wrong) contractor created. Not naming names but that contractor was supposed to have been a general and doing everything themselves. They built the porch and steps and threw up this cover for the patio before doing anything underneath. I guess they think construction goes from the top down. ???

What do you do when you find something that wasn’t on the plans and no one knew it was there? Well, you expose the whole problem and figure out what’s it’s there for then get an ok from the engineer to change plans and make it work.

I feel as if we are living in the movie ground hog day. Day after day, week after week, and month after month we get up to the same reality. We go to work short handed. The few we have work themselves to death trying to make headway on our very backed up schedule. Where did everyone go? There’s plenty of work out here, you just have to want to work. And the pay is good. I have been needing experienced concrete finishers and experienced labors for well over a year. Truth be known, probably two years. If you want a good paying job and are willing to work, give me a call. I will even pay to train a young man to become a laborer. There is a couple requirements, you have to want to work, show up every day on time, and be a fast learner. Still looking to hire experienced as well. Call me.

I’ve known Ms Swink basically my whole life. She had dealt with water in her basement garage and beauty shop at one end of her home as well as her back doors to the basement for years. We fixed the garage and beauty salon problem a few years back. She just had us back a few weeks ago to fix the back doors. After all these years, no more water in the house.
