Over the last three weeks, our team at Omega Exteriors has been grinding, learning, and getting ready for a huge season ahead. We wrapped up Omega University, led by Christian Olheiser, and it was an incredible opportunity for our team to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and prepare to serve homeowners at the highest level.

From sales training and product knowledge to leadership and real-world scenarios, our team has been putting in the work behind the scenes so we can hit the ground running this season. Growth doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from investing in people, pushing each other to be better, and committing to excellence every single day.

Huge shoutout to our team for showing up, staying hungry, and embracing the process. The foundation has been set… now it’s time to put it into action.

🌬️ This morning’s first call… was one of our own employees. 😅

After last night’s high winds, they woke up, looked outside, and saw shingles laying in the yard. Immediate reaction? Panic mode.

Once the coffee kicked in, they realized two things:
1️⃣ The wind was no joke.
2️⃣ They should probably call Omega Exteriors… even though they already work here.

Just like we would for any homeowner, we are sending someone out the same day to take a look and make sure everything is good to go. No special treatment — just the same fast, reliable service we give everyone.
