SOLD in Burlington 🍾 This one is super special. This family came to me looking to sell their first home they had purchased and renovated themselves, and then purchase their (hopefully) forever home, if we found the right one in time! This meant we needed to get their home on the market ASAP, so we could get it under contract and submit strong offers on homes they wanted to purchase.

In this case, this family found the home they wanted to buy before we even put their house on the market… which meant if we wanted to secure the home they found we needed to move FAST.

This family took work off for a week and prepped the house to go on the market. They worked SO hard!

I’m the meantime, I submitted an offer on the home they wanted in hopes the seller saw our good faith that we would sell the home in time to purchase.

So, if buying and selling a home at the same time isn’t already stressful enough, we had a ticking clock next to us with a deadline to sell the house.

We put their home on the market Mid-May. We sold there first home in the beginning of July. They purchased their forever home mid-July. WHAT A JOURNEY!!!! So proud of this incredibly patient and hard working family… in their forever home before the school year starts. WOOHOO!🏡❤️🍾😊
