Smoke from the Canadian wildfire continues to impact air quality across our area. Here are a few steps you can take to stay safe:
• Run your air conditioner on the recirculate setting, if available.�• Avoid activities that create additional indoor air pollution, such as burning candles, using fireplaces, or vacuuming.�• Drink plenty of water and pay attention to symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.�• Check in on older adults, young children and anyone with heart or lung conditions.
