We’re excited to welcome iCOM-System Corp. to our building on Amrhein Rd. in Livonia!

iCOM, a leader in industrial communications and system integration solutions, has signed a new 5-year lease. As part of the project, we transformed approximately 5,000 SF of office space into industrial space to better support their operations.

We’re proud to deliver a modern, flexible facility that positions iCOM for continued growth and success.

Steady progress is being made on the BLM Group USA expansion in Novi, MI. The 20-ton overhead crane is now in place, interior build-out and mechanical systems are moving forward, and exterior site work is underway. We appreciate the dedication of our team and partners as this project continues to take shape.

We’re excited to share the completion of this full interior build-out in Lansing for Public Affairs Associates, in collaboration with the Boji Group, and Krieger Klatt Architects. Located on the 8th floor overlooking the State Capitol, this renovation transformed their office into a modern, collaborative space featuring:
- Private offices and conference rooms
- Open lounge and break areas with premium millwork
- Custom lighting and acoustic solutions
- High-end finishes throughout
