It might look like an empty lot today, but we see the beginning of something pretty special!

The demolition was completed a while back, and yesterday our Black Barn Development Team was back on-site for land development meetings to discuss the next steps, site preparation, and construction schedules.

There’s a lot that happens BEFORE the first shovel hits the ground! From demolition and site planning to permits, utilities, and coordinating schedules, our team works behind the scenes to get everything lined up.

We’re excited to get this one moving and can’t wait for GROUNDBREAKING! 🚜🏡
