✨ Project Complete | Custom Home Office & Study
A beautiful transformation designed around function, character, and timeless style. This project turned an existing room into a sophisticated and highly functional home office and study, combining custom details with practical storage.
🔨 Project Features:
- 🚪 8-ft French doors installed to create a private office while maintaining an open, elegant feel and allowing natural light to flow through the space.
- 🗄️ Pre-fabricated unfinished cabinets carefully installed and configured to maximize storage along the walls.
- 🎨 Cabinets professionally finished in a beautiful custom blue color selected by the homeowner, giving the room a distinctive and personalized character.
- 🪵 Custom-built window bench designed specifically for the space, providing additional seating and storage while taking advantage of the natural light from the windows.
- 🌳 Natural butcher block countertops and work surfaces, adding warmth and contrast to the blue cabinetry.
- 🛡️ The butcher block received 3 coats of protective sealer for enhanced durability, protection, and a beautiful finished appearance.
- 🪚 Open wood shelving was incorporated between the upper cabinets to add warmth, display space, and visual balance.
- ✨ Brass/gold hardware complements the blue cabinetry and adds an elegant finishing touch.
- 💡 A statement chandelier completes the space, bringing together the traditional and modern elements of the design.
The result is a space that feels professional enough for work, comfortable enough for everyday use, and beautiful enough to be a feature of the home.
