🚜 FROM DEEP RUTS TO A FRESH START! 🌱

Another property restoration project underway by Alex Moline Enterprises LLC!

When a large piece of equipment left behind severe ground damage, we were called in to make it right.

We’re not talking about a few tire tracks. Some of these ruts measured up to 16 inches deep and 3 feet wide!

Rather than simply dumping dirt into the ruts and calling it good, we took the time to properly restore the damaged area.

✅ Approximately 3,000 square feet of restoration

✅ Broke up heavily compacted soil

✅ Removed rocks, roots, and debris

✅ Reworked and redistributed existing soil

✅ Eliminated deep ruts and restored the grade

✅ Prepared the area for grass seed and erosion control

The best part? By utilizing the existing material, we avoided bringing in additional topsoil, saving our customer approximately $1,750 in material costs alone!

Another window well brought back to life! 🏠

This one started out overgrown, deteriorated, and in need of some serious attention.
