We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented people to join our landscaping team in 2026. This role involves applying fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties to promote healthy turf and eliminate unwanted weeds. Snow removal positions will be for this snow season 2025-2026.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Safely mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products according to label instructions and company guidelines
Operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and other lawn care tools
Inspect lawns for signs of disease, pest infestation, or nutrient deficiencies
Communicate with clients about treatment plans, schedules, and results
Maintain accurate records of applications, materials used, and property conditions
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed (mowing, aeration, seeding, snow removal etc.)

*Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with lawn care chemicals and equipment preferred
State pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

📅 Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time or seasonal positions available
Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience
Training provided, and other positions may be available
Paid on sight training as well as training for applicators license
Retirement and unemployment benefits available
